Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes — you'll connect your own Stripe account during setup, so class fees go directly to you. KulaSync is never the merchant of record and never holds your money. Stripe is free to set up if you don't have one yet.
Can students book without creating an account?
Yes. Students just open your public booking link, pick a class, and sign up. No account, no app download, no friction.
Is there a per-message fee for reminders?
No. Confirmation and 24-hour reminder emails are included in your subscription. No per-message charges.
What happens if I run more than 5 classes in a month?
The Solo plan is built around up to 5 active classes per month. If you consistently run more, the Studio plan ($49/mo) gives you unlimited classes — you can upgrade anytime.
Is there an annual contract?
No. KulaSync is month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
